I love fostering growth opportunities within my teams and setting team members up to flourish in their roles! One of my driving forces is collaborating with teams/department stake holders towards mission critical objectives that deliver next level customer experiences!

When I step away from the desk, I love spending time with my loved ones here in Kern County where we live! I'm am a foodie who enjoys reading non-fiction, playing the Lorcana TCG, creating helpful content, real estate investing, and engaging with my local community!
